About Implementation Support

Our Implementation Support programme provides bespoke support for embedding patient-centred quality improvement and staff engagement across an organisation or health system.

The re-structuring of health and care services into Integrated Care Systems creates great opportunities for ensuring that services address the needs of local people more effectively, and for helping to promote a more joined-up approach to health and care provision.

We believe there is a significant opportunity for ICSs to make care more person-centred, if organisations are able to deliver on the promise to make communities central to local services. We believe that an essential requirement for doing this is to create a shared culture across the system which puts staff wellbeing and a focus on the experience of care at its heart.

We are available to work with ICSs and multi-site trusts to help build these cultures, by providing support from across our Experiences of Care and Schwartz Rounds programmes, tailored to the specific needs of the organisation.
