Job vacancy: Head of Business and Finance

We are looking for a new person to join our team as Head of Business and Finance.
We are a small, fast-growing charity whose central belief is that placing patient experience and staff welfare at the forefront of healthcare operations can radically improve the way we care and are cared for. Ultimately, we wish to balance bureaucracy with humanity.
In the next three years, we are looking to increase the impact of our work and to put the Foundation on a sustainable footing. The Head of Business and Finance will be a key member of the team, aiding the achievement of these goals.
We are looking for someone to take responsibility for our financial planning, systems, and processes, and to ensure that the charity has the organisational capacity and resources to reach its full potential. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Senior Management Team, and Board Treasurer.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a charity background and will hold an accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
