Your experience of inclusion
We are committed to ensuring that our services are available to all and welcoming of everyone, regardless of any protected characteristics or other characteristics which can lead to systematic disadvantage.
To help us to achieve this we need to learn more about people’s experiences of working with the Point of Care Foundation and the activities we promote. We have started to collect data on who takes part in activities such as Schwartz Rounds, our Foundations course and training sessions on patient-centred care. But for us to fully understand people’s experiences we need to go beyond the numbers and listen to people’s stories.
This survey is designed to enable you to describe your experiences of working on Point of Care Foundation activities, working with us, and your perceptions of our organisation and how we communicate.
We will monitor the information submitted through this survey and learn from it. We may report on what we learn here and take comments submitted within the form to illustrate our impact or help explain your experiences to others.
The survey is completely anonymous and the data collected here are independent of any information you may have previously provided. Anything you tell us here cannot be traced back to you.
Thank you for helping us. For more information on our commitment to inclusive practices, please see our Diversity and Inclusion policy and pledge.
